Yes, wherever possible we try to provide consistency and routine. Let us know if you’d like the same cleaner and we’ll do our best to assign them to your ongoing bookings.

Never. We specialise in cleaning for people who need support not perfection. We understand how life, trauma, and health can affect the home. Our job is to lighten your load, not add to it.

Yes. We understand that some clients prefer a female staff member for personal, cultural, or safety reasons. We will do our best to meet that request.

Yes. We come fully prepared with professional products and equipment. If you have specific allergies, sensitivities, or preferences, let us know and we’ll accommodate where possible.

Yes. We provide one-time cleans, end-of-lease cleaning, spring cleaning, and sensitive support for clients with hoarding behaviours always with care and confidentiality.

Yes. We issue itemised invoices that meet NDIS and aged care requirements for auditing and payment processing. If you’re unsure how to submit it, we’re happy to walk you through it.
