CANCELLATION POLICY

Need to Cancel? We Understand.
Life happens and sometimes schedules change. We respect that.
At Beyond the Horizon Cleaning, we aim to be flexible wherever possible while also respecting the time of
our staff and operational commitments. The following cancellation terms apply to all bookings:


No Cancellation Fee
If a booking is cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice, no cancellation fee applies.
We appreciate early notice, as it allows us to reallocate staff and appointments.


50% Cancellation Fee
A 50% cancellation fee may apply if a booking is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, but not on the
same day as the scheduled service.
We will do our best to reschedule where possible, particularly for ongoing clients. However, short-notice
cancellations limit our ability to rebook the allocated time slot.


100% Cancellation Fee
If a booking is cancelled on the same day as the scheduled service, the full booking fee will be charged.
Same day cancellations significantly impact staff scheduling, as the time has already been allocated and
prepared for your service.


NDIS & Home Care Package Clients
Cancellations within the above timeframes may still be claimable through your plan or package under short
notice cancellation rules.
We will provide invoices and service agreement documentation in line with provider requirements. If you are
unsure how this applies to your plan, please speak with your plan manager or support coordinator.


How to Cancel
All cancellations must be made in writing via email or SMS. This ensures a clear record and allows us to
process the cancellation efficiently.
