NDIS & AGED CARE BILLING INFORMATION

At Beyond the Horizon Cleaning, we proudly provide professional, safe, and culturally respectful
cleaning services to:
• NDIS Participants (Self managed, Plan-managed)
• Home Care Package Clients (through aged care providers)
We are experienced in working with support coordinators, plan managers, and caseworkers to
ensure smooth invoicing, documentation, and compliance with provider rules.


■ NDIS Participants
We offer support under the following categories:
• Household Tasks (Support Item 01_020_0120_1_1)
• Assistance with Daily Living
• Short Notice Cancellations (as per NDIS guidelines)


■ Self Managed
You’ll receive an invoice directly after your service via email. Payment is due within 7 days. You can
pay via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or your preferred method.


■ Plan Managed
We send invoices directly to your nominated Plan Manager with the correct item code and details.
Let us know who your Plan Manager is when you book so we can handle the rest.


■ Home Care Package Clients
We work with aged care providers who offer:
• Level 1–4 Home Care Packages
• Brokered cleaning services
Our team can invoice your case manager or provider directly, including service dates, times, and
notes for compliance. If you are unsure if your plan covers cleaning, ask your provider or contact us
to discuss eligibility.


■ Invoices & Documentation
All invoices include:
• Client name and address
• Date of service
• Start and end time
• Line item code (for NDIS only)
• Total amount due
• ABN and company details
We can also provide:
• Signed service agreements
• Worker qualifications or background checks (if required)
• Reports for plan reviews or audits


■ Changes, Cancellations & Updates
• Changes to your support plan? Just let us know and we’ll adjust billing accordingly.
• Need to cancel or reschedule? Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details.
• Require a quote or updated agreement? We’ll provide one within 1–2 business days.
