TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Beyond the Horizon Cleaning. By booking or using our services, you agree to the
following terms and conditions. These terms ensure transparency, mutual respect, and a smooth
experience for both clients and our team.
1. Services Provided
We offer professional cleaning services, including but not limited to:
• Residential and commercial cleaning
• NDIS and Aged Care Package funded services
• Deep cleaning, end of lease cleans, and specialised services (e.g. hoarding, trauma, allergy
sensitive cleans)
We tailor services based on your booking details and confirmed quote.
2. Bookings & Confirmations
• All bookings must be made through our official website, phone, or email.
• You will receive confirmation of your booking via email or SMS.
• Your service is not confirmed until we have received full booking details and you accept the quote
or service agreement.
3. Service Access & Responsibilities
To deliver a safe and quality service, clients must:
• Provide access to the property at the scheduled time
• Ensure electricity and running water are available on site
• Notify us of any safety risks (e.g. pets, hazardous materials, infestations)
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule if the environment is unsafe.
4. NDIS & Aged Care Clients
We comply with NDIS Practice Standards and Home Care Package policies.
• Services are claimable under your plan where applicable.
• We will provide itemised invoices and service agreements on request.
• It is your responsibility to ensure your plan covers the requested service.
5. Payments & Invoicing
• Private clients: Payment is required upfront or on the day of service (unless otherwise agreed).
• NDIS/Home Care clients: Invoices will be sent to the relevant plan manager or portal.
• Overdue payments may result in service suspension or debt collection.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please refer to our Cancellation Policy.
• Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.
• Rescheduling is free with more than 24 hours’ notice.
• Same-day cancellations may incur the full booking fee.
7. Damages & Liability
We take great care during all services. However:
• If accidental damage occurs during cleaning, you must notify us within 24 hours.
• Our insurance covers damages caused by our workers during the course of cleaning.
• We are not responsible for pre existing issues or damage due to poor property condition.
8. Fair Use & Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service if:
• The site is unsafe, abusive, or presents a health risk to our team
• The scope of work has changed significantly from the original booking
• Payment terms are not met
9. Feedback & Complaints
We welcome all feedback. Please refer to our Complaints & Feedback policy.
All concerns are taken seriously and will be handled respectfully and promptly.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available
on our website.
